Hologram

Hologram is a global IoT connectivity platform helping businesses deploy and manage fleets of devices across healthcare, micromobility, and industrial tech. During my tenure, backed by a $65M Series B, the company scaled from 20 to 200+ employees and reached $22M ARR.

Served as Head of Business Operations, acting as Chief of Staff to the CFO and strategic partner to the executive team
Led cross-functional programs across Finance, People, and Product, driving team alignment, managing planning cycles, and leading change management and performance tracking
Built foundational systems to support 10x team growth, launching critical business functions and teams, including Logistics, Procurement, Employee Recruiting & Onboarding, RevOps, Salesforce Admin, and Pricing Strategy
Analyzed business performance and partnered across Finance, Revenue, Data, and Engineering to build reporting and forecasting models that enabled scale, optimized resource planning, and guided strategic initiatives

Envoy

Envoy was a mission-driven SaaS startup supporting independent living for older adults through a flexible care platform. We operated in 22 markets across 8 states, achieving an average customer rating of 4.8/5 stars, 98% monthly Envoy retention, and $3M+ in annualized gross revenue. The company reached cash-flow breakeven and piloted employer benefit programs with companies like Facebook and Deutsche Bank before shutting down due to regulatory changes in California.

Served as Head of Operations and right hand to the CEO, advising on company strategy and leading national growth initiatives
