The best ideas all start the same: messy and undefined.
That’s where strategy begins. I get curious, find patterns, and ask the right questions to help teams move with intention. Then I build structure, using simple systems, to break down complex ideas into clear, actionable progress.
I lead by doing. I roll up my sleeves, immerse myself in the problem, and listen closely to the people closest to it. That’s how I identify the real levers for change and build the trust and momentum to make it happen.
I scale, iterate, and improve. Every cycle is an opportunity. I use data, feedback, and context to understand what’s working and what needs to shift.

I’ve partnered with executive teams as Chief of Staff, Head of Operations, and, most recently, as Chief Program Officer. My hats vary, but my focus is always the same: to turn vision into actionable plans, build the systems to support them, and champion teams through growth and change.
